PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail box which can be immediately recognized together with each bin by an owner of a printed item delivered in each bin of the mail box. SOLUTION: When a printing instruction is received (S20), a controller unit 30 receives information on the belonging of the printed item from a host machine 100 (S21), and a paper delivery bin is selected based thereon (S22). When a matched paper delivery bin is found, the paper delivery bin is determined to be the bin (S24), and the paper is delivered (S25). On the other hand, if no matched paper delivery bin is found (S23; N), an available bin (AVAIL) is selected (S26). At the same time, the display is temporarily changed to 'TAKAHASHI' (S27). After the paper is delivered to the bin (S28), the printed item is received, and when it is informed that the paper in the paper delivery bin is removed from a paper presence/absence sensor (S29; Y), the controller unit 30 returns the display on an LCD panel of the paper delivery bin to 'AVAIL' (S30).
