PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing stock soup, enabling a user to stir stock soup in a cylindrical pan and to scoop out clear stock soup respectively with a simple operation. SOLUTION: This method for producing stock soup is characterized by comprising putting a cylindrical basket-like wire net having an opening part at the top part thereof and a stock-soup straining net provided with plural fixing rods so as to correspond to the top part of the cylindrical basket-like wire, on the cylindrical pan, putting materials for stock soup into the outside of the stock-soup straining net in the cylindrical pan, adding water to the pan, and thereafter, heating the pan containing the materials therein. |
