PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film base having sufficient anchorability even under using conditions for a long time without problem of a paste residue to a material to be adhered and to provide an adhesive sheet having such a film base. SOLUTION: The film base comprises a means for performing high anchorability for a pressure sensitive adhesive. For example, the high anchorability is performed by incorporating a polyolefin base layer containing a stylene-1,4-butadiene-butylene-stylene block copolymer of 5 to 80 wt.% in at least one surface of the film base.
