PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely and smoothly incorporate a washer in a bolt. SOLUTION: An upper opening part 1A of an outer cylinder 1 of a washer fitting device A is formed into a funnel-shape, and a washer W to be supplied onto the upper opening part 1A is roughly positioned, and a projecting cylinder 2 inside of the outer cylinder 1 is projected upward, and while a tip 3A of a positioning bar 3 inside of the projecting cylinder 2 is sharpened so as to accurately perform the positioning when fitting the washer W to the positioning bar 3 for pickup, and furthermore, the projecting cylinder 2 is pushed up so that the washer W is fitted on a bolt BT supported by a bolt support means B.
