PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monocycle type training machine capable of promoting the high-level equilibrium sense of a body and enhancing muscular strength. SOLUTION: In the monocycle type training machine provided with a saddle part 1, on which a user sits down, a pair of pedals 2 to be worked by the user and a support part 3, on which the saddle part 1 and the pedals 2 are mounted, a lower surface in contact with the install plane of an install stand 6 at the lower end of the support part 3 is spherical and in respect to the install plane, the install stand 6 and the support part 3 can be freely inclined longitudinally and laterally by moving the centroid of the user sitting on the saddle part 1.
