PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift for a vehicle capable of smoothly moving a wheelchair housed in the vehicle, when moving the wheelchair from the platform to the rear floor and from the rear floor to the platform. SOLUTION: This lift for the vehicle provided with a moving mechanism for moving the platform 5 for placing the wheelchair, from the inside of the vehicle to the outside of the vehicle while maintaining the horizontal state, is provided with a tip side flapper 11 rotatably mounted to the vehicle side tip of the platform 5, and a rotating mechanism for raising and bringing down the tip side flapper 11. The rotating mechanism holds the tip side flapper in the rising state when the platform moves outside the vehicle while bringing down the tip side flapper to constitute a slope when the platform is housed inside the vehicle.
