PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a culture apparatus is equipped with a storage part for holding water to humidify a container, naturally, the water is consumed, an operator visually observes and recognizes a volume of the water periodically, in the case of a small amount of water, the water is supplied, consequently, an operator has to recognize the volume of the water. SOLUTION: This culture apparatus (1) is characterized in that the culture apparatus is equipped with a storage part (2) for holding a liquid (W) such as water (W) to be consumed, a water level detection means (3) for detecting the water level of the storage part (2) and an information means (4) for informing an operator of the reduction in a water level in the case of detection of the reduction in the water level by the water level detection means (3).
