PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primary anticorrosive paint composition having excellent laser cutting properties when a large construction such as a marine structure, a bridge beam, a plant, or the like is constructed. SOLUTION: The primary anticorrosive paint composition comprises a silicate condensate, a zinc powder and a pigment having a lower melting point than that of iron, and its dried coating comprising 1-70 wt.% of the pigment having the lower melting point than that of iron.
