PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport pipe for powder provided with a measuring means capable of detecting damage of the transport pipe, also when powder is transported at low pressure, by considering that the transport pipe for powder has a possibility of wearing during the use of the transport pipe and thereby a structure for detecting pressure air for transportation leaking within outside pipes is proposed by arranging the outside pipe bodies at required portions of the transport pipe, making the outside pipe bodies have double tube structures, and mounting pressure sensors for measuring pressure in intermediate space at the inside on the outside pipe bodies, as detecting means for the wear, but the measurement is difficult in this method when pressure in pressure air for transportation is low pressure. SOLUTION: Damage detecting means 25 are mounted at proper portions of the transport pipe 20 for transporting powder. The detecting means 25 are mounted by sealing a box body for covering the transport pipe 20. A gap between the box body and the transport pipe 20 is set in negative pressure. The box body is provided with a measuring member 27 for measuring a change in the negative pressure.
