<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for treating cold water, capable of precisely preventing a filter member for removing, refuse or the like, caused by the washing of a food such as a fresh fish from plugging, capable of always cleanly washing the food while smoothly circulating the water between a washing vessel and a cooling vessel. SOLUTION: This apparatus P for treating the cold water is constituted so that the bottom part 15B of a mesh filter 15, and a part of a cylindrical part 15A continued from the bottom part 15B may be soaked under the water surface of brine in a first water tank 1A, and the bottom part 15B of the mesh filter 15 may be positioned at a position lower than a water level-detecting sensor 11. As a result, when the brine overflowed from a second water tank 1B through an overflow gutter 2A is poured into the interior of the mesh filter 15, the plugging of the mesh filter 15 caused by the refuse, or the like, is prevented by floating the refuse, of the like, included in the brine in the interior of the mesh filter 15 to prevent the refuse, or the like, from attaching to the bottom part 15B and the cylindrical part 15A of the mesh filter 15.</p> |
