PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry put the monomerization in high yield while using a smaller amount of a reactional solvent such as methanol. SOLUTION: This reactional vessel 110 for monomerization is used for monomerizing a polyester in the reactional solvent at a high temperature under a high pressure. The reactional vessel 110 for monomerizing the polyester comprises a raw material introduction port 111 for the reactional solvent and the polyester located at one end of the reactional vessel 110, a first reactional part 112 located near the raw material introduction port 111, an introduction port 115 for the reactional solvent located at the other end of the reactional vessel 110, a second reactional part 114 located near the introduction port 115 for the reactional solvent and a gas-liquid separating part 113 for taking out a mixture of the reactional solvent with a reactional product present between the first reactional part 112 and the second reactional part 114.
