PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition, which contains a microcapsule where a proliferation inhibitor against microbes as an active ingredient is well microcapsulated, and consequently can produce fine effects even when a small amount of the proliferation inhibitor against microbes is used, achieve much improvement in persistency of the effects and in sustained release property and ensure stable qualities. SOLUTION: A microcapsule containing a proliferation inhibitor against microbes is incorporated into a coating composition, where the proliferation inhibitor against microbes is microcapsulated with a membrane formed by a reaction of a polyisocyanate component having an amine equivalent of 140-300 with an active hydrogen group-containing component. |
