PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel that is variable in the direction of air bag deployment according to the deformation of the steering wheel. SOLUTION: A first and a second spoke part core bar 33a and 33b are arranged linearly via a boss plate 31, with most of their lower ends positioned over a centerline (m). A third spoke part core bar 33c is set orthogonally to the first and second spoke part core bars 33a and 33b. The third spoke part core bar 33c has branch portions 34, which are connected to the first and second spoke part core bars 33a and 33b in a slantingly abutting relation in the front view of the steering wheel. Each branch portion 34 has a through hole 35 and a receiving seat 36, and an air bag module is screwed up at the through holes 35 while abutted against the receiving seats 36. |
