PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a thermoplastic resin composition containing fluorine resin powder, capable of realizing both improvement of productivity and decrease in generation of white specks. SOLUTION: This method for producing the thermoplastic resin composition containing the fluorine resin comprises mixing 0.1-100 pts.wt. of the fluorine resin powder into 100 pts.wt. of thermoplastic resin powder under such a condition that the temperature inside a mixer is controlled to be not higher than the melting point (glass transition temperature) of the fluorine resin, further mixing 100-2000 pts.wt. of a granular or powdery material of the thermoplastic resin into 100 pts.wt. of the powdery mixture obtained in the above, and then melting/kneading the above mixture with an extruder.
