PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve inconvenience of a conventional small ship anchor weighing device requiring personnel's help, wherein a drum doubly or triply wound with an anchor rope is rotated, and the anchor rope is paid out and eliminated by just a wound amount. SOLUTION: This structure for winding up the anchor rope when weighing an anchor comprises a motor and a V-grooved pulley turned by the motor.
