PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging member having a rich entertainment feature and capable of being distinguished from another packaging member and also provide a method for selling the same. SOLUTION: A packaging member of the present invention is a packaging member within a large packaging container in which some small packaging members for packaging some packaged items with a packaging material are filled. At least one part of the small packaging members is provided with a lottery display segment indicating a result of the lottery such as a winning ticket or the like and at the same time, the packaging container is accompanied by a premium.
