PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card-shaped optical disk case which has an impression of high quality and is resistant to shocks. SOLUTION: The card-shaped optical disk case has a synthetic resin body 12 of such a size that a card-shaped optical disk 46 with a business card size or an approximately similar size to that of various kinds of cards can be put in, and a lid 26 integrally formed with the body 12 via a hinge 24 so that it can be opened/closed on the body 12. The lid 26 includes a disk fixing portion 34 provided approximately at the center of an internal lateral face thereof for locking the disk 46 and an engaging portion 32 formed at an edge of the lid 12. The body 12 has an engaged portion 22 on which the engaging portion 32 is locked.
