PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a canvas stretching and removing work by providing a canvas stretcher and a canvas fixture, which take the place of the conven tional wooden frame and nails, and contrive to promote the efficiency of a canvas safekeeping space and to protect forest resources. SOLUTION: The canvas stretcher comprises a canvas frame 1, which has four metal or non-metal rigid frame sides so as to form a hard-to-deform rectangle by ensuring the right angles at its corner parts and, along the surface outer periphery on a canvas stretching side of which, a convex part 3 is provided, and, onto the back of which an one-sided cloth 4 of adhesive cloths, e.g. a Velcro (R), bonded to each other by coarse loops and hook is adhered, and a canvas fixture 9 equipped with a hitching piece 7 equipped with projected teeth 6 engaging with a singular or a plurality of canvas or a clip 8 on the other one-sided cloth 5 of the Velcro (R).
