PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force distributing device for a vehicle capable of reliably reducing the understeer moment generated by the control of the driving force distribution between front and rear wheels by controlling the driving force distribution between the front and rear wheels, securing the turning performance of the vehicle, and improving the kinetic characteristic. SOLUTION: The confining torque of a center differential gear is increased to secure traction performance at an acceleration in the later half of a turn, the torque distribution quantity to the outer wheel 3R side of a rear differential gear 13 is increased to reduce the understeer moment generated at this time, thereby good turning performance is secured. As the structure of the rear differential gear 13, part of the torque from an engine is transmitted between an inner casing 112 and a right drive shaft 14 via a driving force deviating mechanism S according to the coupling of a speed increasing clutch 120 and a speed reducing clutch 121, the torque distribution to the right and left rear wheels 3R is changed, thereby oversteer moment can be freely generated.
