PURPOSE:To obtain a heating and transpiring element free from crack, damage, bend, etc., of the surface, having excellent strength, dimensional stability and molding properties, remarkable reduced in loss by breakage in production and use and having a definite quality in good productivity. CONSTITUTION:In a heating and transpiring element 8 for a suction type heating and transpiring device in which a drug solution 2 is absorbed by dipping a part of the heating and transpiring body 8 in a drug solution 2 and simultaneously the absorbed drug solution is transpired by heating the upper part 4 of the transpiring body, one or two or more kinds of thermoplastic high polymer powder particles alone or with other organic power and/or inorganic powder and, as necessary, further with a binder are premolded to keep these powder particles in a closely bonded state. Then a part of the surface of the particles is thermally fused with adjacent particles and these fused particles are molded to provide the objective heating and transpiring element 8 having a stable quality capable of effectively transpiring sufficient drug over long time hardly generating clog when used by heating. |
