PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a composite insulating tube consisting of an aluminum tube, an inside periphery insulating cover member, and a mica disc, omitting manual work as far as possible. SOLUTION: A mica sheet 12a and a mica disc 13 are sucked to the periphery and one end face of a rotating winding jig 31 by negative pressure. Next, the winding jig 31 having sucked and retained the mica sheet 12a and a mica sheet 13 is inserted into an aluminum tube 11, and the negative pressure is released. An inside periphery insulating cover member 12b consisting of the mica sheet 12a, and the mica disc 13 are arranged at the inside periphery and the inner bottom of the tube 11. |
