A heat utilizer has an upper and a lower chambers of heating and heated media, a spray unit and a pallet, and surface heat exchangers. Chambers are arranged one above the other, in vertical direction, separated one from another by a partition and each is equipped by a supply and outlet branch pipes. The upper chamber is equipped with a heat-mass-exchange nozzle, installed on the partition made with a drainage unit. In the lower chamber two heat exchangers are installed. Spray unit is connected to the pallet through the first, in direction of the heated medium, heat exchanger. The second heat exchanger is equipped by branch pipes of heat carrier inlet and outlet. Between the nozzle and the branch pipes restricting grids are placed. Between the heat exchanger and the pallet an additional partition is placed.
