METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF MOLTEN METAL

The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to methods for treatment molten metal in ladle or on spout. During treatment of molten metal in ladle or on spout on surface of melt is introduced powder of slag of production of secondary aluminum at amount of 0.3-3.0 kg/t. The power of production of secondary aluminum has following composition, in per cent by weight: Çl2Ä3 - 25-65; ?l - 10-40; K2O+Na2O - 5-12; SiO2 - remainder, and ratio between of metal aluminum and oxide group equals to 1:(1.5-9). Implementation of method allows to reduce heat losses during keeping molten metal in ladle and to increase number of pouring actions into ladle without its maintenance for 40-53%.
