PURPOSE: An Internet billing and payment process using a virtual payment account is provided to offer the convenience to a customer by enabling the user to make a payment through various Internet connection devices such as a PC and a mobile communication terminal, and enabling the user to use a virtual payment account. CONSTITUTION: The process includes a payer(1), a billing requesting organization(2), an Internet billing payment service server(3), a cooperating payment financial organization(4), and a non-cooperating payment financial organization(5). The payer receives a billing fact of billing requesting organization through an e-mail and mobile communication number from the Internet billing payment service server, requests a payment to the Internet billing payment service server after checking the billing contents by connecting to the Internet billing payment service server with diversity Internet connection means, and receives the result of corresponding payment from the Internet billing payment service server. The billing requesting organization takes the payment price from the virtual payment account of payer. |
