PURPOSE: A method for notifying a billing in real time in a telephone is provided to notify an accurate telephone charge to a telephone user in real time by calculating the telephone charge to a real telephone conversation time provided by a telephone conversation service in a corresponding billing process task. CONSTITUTION: A call control task senses a channel connection time for notifying a billing in real time and notifies the sensed channel connection time to a billing process task(S23). The billing process task receives the channel connection time from the call control task, counts a telephone conversation time for processing the billing to a corresponding telephone conversation, calculates a telephone charge according to a billing policy(S24), and notifies billing information corresponding to the calculated telephone charge to a telephone user. The corresponding billing process task confirms whether a current time belongs in a billing discount time zone(S25). If the current time belongs in the billing discount time zone, the billing process task calculates a telephone charge again according to a discount rate(S26). The billing process task billing information(telephone conversation time and telephone charge) corresponding to the periodically calculated telephone charge to the telephone user in real time(S27,S28).
