摘要 PURPOSE: A fly wheel rotor using a composite in a multi-layered structure is provided to minimize the inner stress generated in the procedure of rotation of the fly wheel rotor for maximizing an allowable rpm of the rotor, thereby maximizing the energy to be stored. CONSTITUTION: A fly wheel rotor formed of composite materials in a multi-layered structure, includes an inner diameter part(10) formed of a composite material having a low stiffness such as glass epoxy, an intermediate diameter part(20) formed of mixture of a composite material having a high stiffness such as graphite epoxy and the low stiffness composite material mixed by a predetermined ratio, and an outer diameter part(30) formed of the high stiffness composite material, wherein the fly wheel is formed in a three-layered structure.
