摘要 PURPOSE: A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) substrate for LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) devices and a method for fabricating the same are provided to doubly form gate wires and data wires in one pixel area, and to form two TFTs to apply a data signal to a pixel electrode through one TFT, so that a response speed is enhanced. CONSTITUTION: A first gate line(21) is formed on an insulating substrate(10). A second gate line(22) is formed to be parallel to the first gate line(21). A first data line(61) is crossed with the first gate line(21) by being insulated. A second data line(62) crossed with the second gate line(22) by being insulated is formed to be parallel to the first data line(61). A pixel electrode(80) is formed in a pixel area that is formed by crossing the first and second gate lines(21,22) and the first and second data lines(61,62). A first TFT(TFT1) is electrically connected with the first gate line(21), the first data line(61) and the pixel electrode(80). And a second TFT(TFT2) is electrically connected with the second gate line(22), the second data line(62) and the pixel electrode(80).
