PURPOSE: A distiller is provided which is easily disassembled and cleaned so that the inner part of the distiller is always maintained clean, thereby supplies more pure and clean distilled water, and prevents scaling generated inside a heating chamber of the distiller. CONSTITUTION: The distiller comprises a body(2) at one side of the outer circumference of which a power supply switch is installed; a heating chamber(10) which is installed at the inner part of the body(2), generates steam by heating water supplied through a heater(16), and at the upper part of which a vapor exhaust port(12) is formed to exhaust steam; a heat exchange chamber(20) which is connected to the vapor exhaust port(12) of the heating chamber(10) and separated for cleaning, and at the inner part of which a cooling water can(26) is installed so that steam exhausted to the vapor exhaust port(12) is condensed into distilled water through heat exchange as the steam is being contacted with the outer surface of the cooling water can(26); a supply tank(50) which is installed at one side of the body(2), one side of the upper surface of which is connected to the cooling water can(26) so that cooling water is flown into, one side of the lower part of which is connected to the heating chamber(10) so as to supply cooling water into the heating chamber(10), and at one side of the upper part a connection pipe is installed so that the supply tank(50) is connected to the heating chamber(10); a cooling water level sensing sensor(60) which is installed at one side of the inner part of the supply tank(50) to transmit electrical signals to the heater(16) so that cooling water is heated by sensing the water level reached to the set water level when cooling water supplied to the heating chamber(10) reaches to a set water level; a cooling water discharge pipe(80) which is installed at one side of the inner part of the supply tank(50) to discharge cooling water supplied to a set water level or more; and a distilled water discharge pipe(130) which is connected to the heat exchange chamber(20) to discharge distilled water produced in the heat exchange chamber(20) into the outside.
