PURPOSE: A structure for fixing a car mat for a vehicle is provided to prevent the car mat from being pushed toward a front part and a floor carpet from coming off by overlapping the car mat on the floor carpet by hook plates. CONSTITUTION: A structure for fixing a car mat for a vehicle includes a car mat hook(4) having a first plate(41) formed with a through hole(45) and a fitting protrusion(43), and a second plate(42) formed with a female screw part(46) corresponding to the through hole and a receiving part(44) fitted by the fitting protrusion to be connected to an end of the first plate foldably, and a hook plate(5) coupled with the female screw part of the second plate via the through hole of the first plate.
