PURPOSE: Provided is a hula hoop which forms multiple arcs with a wave-form inside the hula hoop so that it increases exercise effect in use. CONSTITUTION: The hula hoop is characterized by comprising the parts of: a hula hoop body(110) which configures the hula hoop(100); a bending part(112) which is formed at the internal side of the hula hoop body and formed in a variety of wave form as users' age and interest; a circular part(114) which is formed at the external side of the hula hoop body to take a circular form; and a binding tool(150) which includes a nut part, a binding member(154) and a guide member(157) to connect multiple hula hoop bodies.
