INSULATION PROCESS OF GRAIN STORAGE TANK

PURPOSE: Provided is an insulation process of a grain storage tank which uses spray style to coat liquid insulated materials at the external wall of the grain storage tank so that it helps to form an insulated layer in an easy way. CONSTITUTION: In the insulation process of the grain storage tank wherein an external wall of the grain storage tank(1) is insulated to prevent grains from being degenerated, the insulation process of the grain storage tank comprises the steps of: (i) coating a plastic primer(2) at the external wall of the tank to raise adhesive power of insulated materials to a thickness of 0.01mm and passing for 30 minutes to harden; (ii) coating a plastic insulated materials(3) on the surface of the primer to a thickness of 0.8-1.2mm and passing for 2 hours to harden; and (iii) coating a soluble protection film(4) on the surface of the insulated material to a thickness of 0.03mm to protect the insulated materials.
