PURPOSE: A disk clamping device is provided to replace three components of a clamper, a magnet, and a magnet plate by one component of an integrated clamper, so that configuration is simplified and an assembly time is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A lower clamp part(50) arranged on an upper end of a spindle motor(41) loads a disk(D). An upper clamp part(60) installed on an upper part of the spindle motor(41) to be movable fixes the disk(D) together with the lower clamp part(50). In the lower clamp part(50), an integrated clamper(61) generates a magnetic force while being adhered to an upper surface of the disk(D) to fix the disk(D) together with the lower clamp part(50), and a clamper holder(63) supports the integrated clamper(61) to move the integrated clamper(61) up and down. In the lower clamp part(50), a turn table(63) coupled to a rotation axis of the spindle motor(41) is rotated together with the rotation axis and the disk(D) is loaded thereon, a center cone(53) installed on an upper part of the turn table(51) to be movable up and down by a spring makes the disk loaded on a correct position, and a motor plate(55) installed in an upper surface of the center cone(53) generates the magnetic force. A loading groove(61a) in which the center cone(53) and the motor plate(55) are inserted is formed in a lower center of the integrated clamper(61), and adjacent section is adhered to an upper surface of the disk(D) to fix the disk(D) together with the turn table(51). And the integrated clamper(61) is manufactured by press processing and made of a magnet substance.
