PURPOSE: A current driving circuit of active matrix type is provided easily drive a device at a low current and minimize threshold voltage deflection of a driving transistor, thereby improving light emitting efficiency of driving pixels. CONSTITUTION: A voltage compensation controller detects driving current applied to a pixel and compensates for a threshold voltage deflection of a driving transistor. A current-to-voltage converter(10) converts detected current into voltage according to a control signal. A comparator(20) compares voltage from the current-to-voltage converter(10) with reference voltage having an adjusted gray. An S and H circuit(30) outputs external lamp voltage until the voltage and reference voltage are identical with each other. When the voltage and reference voltage are identical with each other, The S and H circuit(30) maintains output voltage. A voltage-to-current converter(40) converts the lamp signal from the S and H circuit(30) into current. A switch(P3) which applies sustain voltage as data signal.
