PURPOSE: A fuel emulsification mixing apparatus is provided to realize a complete combustion of a fuel by using a cavitations due to a pressure difference. CONSTITUTION: A fuel emulsification mixing apparatus comprises a first fluid mixer(7), a first chamber(8), a second fluid mixer(12) and a second chamber(13). The first fluid mixer(7) is operated by a control valve(5) to mix a water and an oil. The first chamber(8) generates a cavitations when passing a mixed water and oil through an orifice(17) of the first fluid mixer. The second fluid mixer(12) mills the mixed water and oil compound using the cavitations, and the mixed material is pulverized. The pulverized compound transferred from the first chamber is controlled by a compensation valve(11) and is mixed again by the second fluid mixer(12). The second chamber(13) mills again the atomized compound using the cavitations generated by the second fluid mixer.
