PURPOSE: Provided are complex vacuum insulated materials which use polyurethane to coat the external side of a layered film and not to expose the layered film to air so that it prevents air from being transmitted to the layered film and permeated to the internal side of the vacuum insulated materials. CONSTITUTION: In the complex vacuum insulated materials(10) which consist of a core(11) to form an insulated layer, the layered film(12) to seal the core by vacuum and a coating material to protect the layered film, the production process of the complex vacuum insulated materials comprises the steps of: (i) manufacturing the core of the vacuum insulated materials; (ii) putting the core into an envelope for the layered film and sealing in a vacuum state to manufacture the vacuum insulated materials; (iii) placing the vacuum insulated materials in a foaming press and injecting foaming liquid to foam and coat; and (iv) in the wake of foaming, hardening and removing the complex vacuum insulated materials from the press.
