METHOD FOR CULTIVATING FUNGUS MYCELIUM BY USING WASHING WATER OF GRAIN AND CULTURE PRODUCT THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for cultivating fungus mycelium by using washing water of grain, thereby producing fungus mycelium cost effectively and using it as an additive for foods or livestock feed-stuff. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: inoculating a seed of fungus mycelium into agar plate or liquid medium; adding grain powder and glucose respectively in an amount of 0.2-2%(w/v) to washing water of grain then sterilizing the mixture in a cultivator for 20 minutes under the vacuum condition to prepare a medium; cooling the medium then followed by inoculating the seed of fungus mycelium thereinto and cultivating it in a cultivator at 20-30 deg.C; and using the mycelium culture as a liquid seed, or filtering the mycelium culture then followed by drying and powdering the filtrate to manufacture powdery mycelium, or concentrating followed by concentrating the filtrate to manufacture mycelium culture concentrate.
