The present invention is related to an ophthalmic composition for treatment allergic conjunctivitis comprising ketotifen salt, a non-ionic tonicity agent in an amount such that the total tonicity of the pH of the composition is adjusted to weak acidity, a preservative, and water. The composition has an osmolarity in the range of 210 to 290 milliosmoles. Composition has no a stabilizer. It is prescribed twice a day.
