PURPOSE: A trim kit installation structure is provided to achieve an improved sealing performance by a trim kit and enhanced workability, by permitting the trim kit to be attached to the outer surface of air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: A trim kit installation structure comprises a cabinet(60) for forming an outer appearance of air conditioner; a trim kit(70) for sealing the gap formed between the cabinet and the air conditioner installed portion; and an attachment unit for fixing the trim kit to an outer surface of the cabinet. The attachment unit includes elastic stopper pieces(75) arranged along the inner periphery of the trim kit; and stopper grooves(62) formed at the cabinet to correspond to the elastic stopper pieces. Since the trim kit is firmly installed in such a manner that the position of the trim kit is not changed during installation of air conditioner, sealing performance by the trim kit is improved. |
