LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to locate a space formed with black resin on an upper part of a TFT(Thin Film Transistor), so as to intercept light incident through a channel of the TFT while maintaining a space with a substrate. CONSTITUTION: Gate wires and data wires orthogonal with each other are arranged on a first substrate(110). A TFT is connected with the gate wires and the data wires. A pixel electrode(181) receives signals applied from the TFT. A color filter(112) formed on the first substrate(110) corresponds to the pixel electrode(181) one to one. A second substrate(190) is distant from the first substrate(110) at a predetermined interval. A transparent electrode(192) formed in an inner side of the second substrate(190) generates an electric field with the pixel electrode(181). A spacer(191) made of black resin is located on an upper part of the TFT while maintaining a space between the first substrate(110) and the second substrate(190). And liquid crystal(200) is interposed between the first substrate(110) and the second substrate(190).
