PURPOSE: Provided is a monoclonal antibody to pyridoxine-5'-phosphate(PNP) oxidase, which monoclonal antibody can be applied to the study of neurodisorder associated with PNP oxidase and used for cDNA isolation of PNP oxidase from cDNA library and PNP oxidase cloning. CONSTITUTION: The monoclonal antibody to PNP oxidase is separated from the brain of a sheep and has amino acid sequence of Met-Thr-Cys-Gly-Leu at N-terminal and 30kDa of molecular weight. It is manufactured by injection of purified PNP oxidase to BALB/c mouse as an antigen and cell fusion method, wherein the deposit number of the hybridoma cell line is KCLRF-BP-00032.
