PURPOSE: A water-boat unit using a bicycle is provided to perform function as a bicycle with not separating a buoyant substance from the bicycle and to make a forward and backward movement of the bicycle possible. CONSTITUTION: A water-boat unit using a bicycle includes a bicycle(30), first buoyant substances(41) installed to the front wheel side of the bicycle and having direction handles, second buoyant substances(42) installed to the back wheel side of the bicycle and having screw propellers(76) making propelling force, a first chain gear(81) transmitting the power of the bicycle to the screw propellers and installed to the opposite side of a chain gear, a second chain gear(83) connected with the first chain gear through a chain(82). A third chain gear(84) selectively connected with the second chain gear through a clutch, a fourth chain gear(86) connected with the third chain gear through a chain, and a power-transmitting unit transmitting the power of the fourth chain gear to the screw propellers through a pair of wire shafts(75). The power-transmitting unit is equipped with two pairs of bevel gears.
