PURPOSE: A method of supplying a real-time remote interpretation service is provided to use a wire/wireless portable telephone terminal to supply the real-time interpretation service, so that interpreters can interpret in real time when deemed necessary as doing daily business. CONSTITUTION: An interpretation agency device confirms whether a connected user terminal or a user is registered(S11). If so, the interpretation agency device makes the user select a language to be interpreted(S13,S14). The interpretation agency device extracts terminal numbers of interpreters who can interpret the inputted language by referring to an interpreter information DB(S15). The interpretation agency device transmits a call signal to the interpreter's terminals(S16,S16'). The interpretation agency device connects a call with an interpreter's terminal which responds to the call signal for the first time, and suspends the transmitting of the call signal(S17,S17',S18). The user receives a real-time interpretation service through the interpreter(S19). |
