PURPOSE: A method for intermediating a loan is provided to make a customer applies for a loan on-line by informing available loan information of respective financial organizations to the customer corresponding to the personal information of the customer. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of an applicant connecting to a load intermediation site on the Internet(S110), the applicant confirming log-in by inputting a user ID(Identification) and password in a homepage of the intermediation company(S115), the intermediation site databasing the personal information of the applicant(S125), the applicant selecting the purpose of a loan and the condition of a mortgage(S130,S135), the intermediation site displaying a list of the loans of respective financial companies proper to the purpose and mortgage condition(S150), the applicant selecting a loan(S155), the applicant writing an application form for the selected loan(S160), and the applicant sending the application form to the corresponding financial company(S165). |
