PURPOSE: A wire harness installed in a vehicle is protected from outer damage, and installed easily in a multilayer structure of the vehicle for more convenient and strong installation. CONSTITUTION: A wire harness protector comprises a receiving portion(11) receiving a certain length of the wire harness. A fixing portion(12) is extended from one end of the receiving portion, and the outer end of the fixing portion is bent to form a flat surface(12a). A fixing clip(13) is installed in the flat surface of the fixing portion. The receiving portion has a hemispherical shape.
