PURPOSE: Structure of a double-cone synchronizer of a manual transmission of a vehicle is provided to prevent the occurrence of a shifting shock and to improve shifting performance and the durability of a transmission by preventing the wear of cones. CONSTITUTION: A stopper(11) for suppressing the movement of a double cone(24) is installed on the side of a hub(21). A clearance is formed in the contact face of the double cone and a synchronizer ring(25). A clearance is also formed in a fixing portion of a gear(26) contacting with an inner ring(25b) of the synchronizer ring. According to the structure, a spline(23a) of a sleeve(23) is smoothly engaged with a spline of the gear.
