PURPOSE: A charged data downloading system of a bulletin board type is provided to attach a data downloading system to a personal homepage or a business homepage even without a membership system and to secure the data to be downloaded by shielding the data until payment is completed. CONSTITUTION: A title of data and a charge for the data are shown while data to be downloaded are not shown to a user until the user pays for the data. After payment is completed, the data are listed on a monitor. An administrator or an information provider discretionally determines the price of the data when the information provider registers the data. The administrator invests an ID(Identification) and password to the information provider and administrates the daily sales and monthly sales of all categories and of respective information providers.
