PURPOSE: An intelligent type customized information service providing system, a method and a recording media capable of being read from a computer are provided to enable the changes to display on a specific position of computer image display in case of occurring a change in an electronic document opened to a communication network. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of receiving a selection signal of a specific area in a web page displayed on a web browser of a computer from an input device and selecting a searching interval of the selection area, storing the URL(Uniform Resources Locator) information of the web page, the tag information appointing the selection area, a test content and a searching interval in a storage of computer, automatically connecting to the URL stored in the storage every time interval(S230) and downloading the corresponding web page to the storage(S240), automatically extracting the text contents being appointed by the tag matched to the stored tag by searching the tag in the downloaded web page and comparing with the stored tag(S250), and displaying the extracted text contents on the specific area of screen(S280).
