PURPOSE: A system, a method, and a computer program product for enhancing tool tip functionality of a graphic user interface is provided to enable an amblyopic computer user to use a helpful function of a tool tip. CONSTITUTION: A graphic user interface(GUI) is displayed, and a user performs an interactive operation to the GUI(conventional technique)(400). It is queried whether the user moves a cursor of a mouse on an icon of a screen having a defined tool tip function or other area(410). If the user moves a cursor of a mouse, it is checked whether the mouse performs a hovering on the icon for a predetermined long time(420). If the mouse performs a hovering on the icon for a predetermined long time, position information with respect to a tool tip related to the icon is searched(430). It is queried whether only character information may be used in the tool tip in a text(440). It is queried whether audio information may be used in the tool tip(460). If audio information may be used in the tool tip, it is queried whether the audio information is a file which may be accessed locally(470). If the audio information is a file which may be accessed locally, local information is rendered(490).
