PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing pine needle wine by adding germanium and fermenting them, therefore the pine needle wine has flavor peculiar to pine needles and is excellent in removing headache and hangover. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of pine needle wine comprises the steps of: soaking 20kg of glutinous rice in water for 6-8 hours then steaming it with 0.8-1kg of pine needles; cooling the prepared hard steamed rice then mixing it with 18kg of malt; adding a mixed solution of 1-3ppm of germanium and 25-40 liter of water to the mixture in a pot; covering the pot with a net then naturally fermenting it at 23-27 deg.C for 20 days; filtering the fermentate to separate dregs therefrom; and fermenting the filtrate at 0-1 deg.C for 60 days to obtain pine needle wine having excellent flavor.
