PURPOSE: Provided is a ceramic foam for construction fabricated panels, which has humidity control and pollutant absorption in addition to conventional effects such as soundproofing and heat insulation by adding inorganic peroxides and activated carbon to kaolin, a raw material. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method is as follows: adding 0.5-20pts.wt. of activated carbon and 0.1-10pts.wt. of inorganic peroxides such as BaO2, SrO2, CaO2, Na2O and K2O2 to 100pts.wt. of kaolin(<=200mesh), and mixing with water; forming in a shape of panel with 0.1-3cm of thickness, and cutting in a certain size; drying at 100-300deg.C for 3-12hrs.; sintering at 800-1100deg.C for 0.5-5hrs., which results in the formation of open pores on the surface of the foam for humidity control and pollutant absorption, and closed pores on the inside of the foamed product for soundproofing and heat insulation.
